Depending on your login credentials, the system will automatically open the INTRANET or EXTRANET for that specific "contract" (meaning a project, business order, collaboration, contractual agreement, or another type of relationship).
Every new "contract" in this system is divided into two zones—Intranet and Extranet—based on the type of login. Access to the Intranet is granted using the "Company ID - Contract" (the entity's Business ID / ID number and the Contract, project, collaboration, or relationship number) and the INTRANET PASSWORD. Access to the Extranet is granted using the "Contract" (the contract, project, collaboration, or relationship number itself) and the EXTRANET PASSWORD. Overall, the infrastructure includes a real-time text communication system, a data-sharing system, and a security system with strict cross-login control. No analytical, marketing, or tracking tools are used. To ensure the functionality of your access and a secure, encrypted connection, we use strictly necessary technical cookies only. Data processed here is not subject to third-party analysis.
Responsibility for Access Management and Account Security:
Access to the account / intranet / extranet zone is tied to a specific "contract" (collaboration, business order, project, etc.), never to the identity of an individual physical person. The license holder (the user, contracting party, and thus anyone who purchases access to the systems and infrastructure) acknowledges that the system does not enforce automatic restrictions against third parties in the event of credential sharing. Anyone (not just the contractual party) holding the access credentials is fully and exclusively liable for any further provision, distribution, or disclosure of these credentials to other entities (e.g., colleagues, subcontractors, or clients). The user of the systems / infrastructure is obligated to carefully consider the level of data sensitivity within the account/zone after logging in and regulate access accordingly.
The Intranet zone, intended for internal purposes (colleagues, team, suppliers, etc.), is used for working with highly sensitive data and requires maximum caution when handling login elements.
The Extranet zone (clients, remote partners, etc.) is used for sharing operational and less sensitive information.
Any unauthorized manipulation, data leak, or damage caused as a result of voluntary or negligent provision of login credentials to a third party falls primarily under the full liability of the license holder, as well as anyone who possesses these credentials.
The operator of the infrastructure and systems bears no responsibility for the consequences associated with conscious or unconscious sharing of access credentials by the license holder to other entities, or by anyone who possesses these credentials.
